Montreal Bioinformatics Users Group

MonBUG (Montreal Bioinformatics Users Group) is an association of researchers, professionals and students in the greater Montreal area who have an interest in the field of bioinformatics.

Through monthly presentations we present our work, ask questions, share ideas, tips and tricks.

Meetings are held either at IRIC, the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer or at McGill university, and are free and open to all.

MonBUG is based on the highly successful VanBUG initiative.


Upcoming IRCM Systems Biology meeting

Hello everyone,

Just a quick note to mention that IRCM will be hosting their 4th systems Biology meeting coming up on April 2-3.
They have a great group of speakers again this time around, including MonBUG’s very own Jerome Waldispühl.

It would be great to see you at the meeting and we encourage all Monbuggers to participate.

We also wanted to mention that MonBUG is slowly picking up speed and we plan on hosting our monthly conferences in september of 2013.
